A Healthier You
Post Holiday Boot Camp begins on Tuesday, January 3rd. The class will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm and lasts about 45 minutes. The fee is $15/session. This unique program will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health.
